Dispatch Times & Cut-Off
We recognise that laboratory operations depend on reliable, timely delivery.
Every order is dispatched on Monday each week. We aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 working days of the order being dispatched. We are actively working to reduce this window as we expand our dispatch and storage capacity.
UK Shipping Options
PPTDS ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not provide international shipping or export services of any kind.

Cold Chain Supply & Packaging
To preserve the integrity of our lyophilised reagents during transit, all orders are dispatched in specialised temperature-shield thermal packaging.
- Discreet Dispatch: All outer packaging is unbranded. Internal units are sealed with tamper-evident security tags.
- Chain of Custody: Responsibility for the goods transfers to the recipient at the point of confirmed delivery as recorded by the carrier. Given the temperature-sensitive nature of the products, recipients are responsible for retrieving and storing items promptly upon delivery. Storage at −20°C is recommended.
- Vials are unbranded, marked with compound name, batch number, expiry date and storage information.
Delivery Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
- Incorrect Address: PPTDS Labs accepts no liability for parcels lost or undelivered as a result of inaccurate address information provided by the buyer.
- Refused Delivery: Any parcel refused at the point of delivery will be destroyed in line with spoilage protocols. Refused parcels are not eligible for refund.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of the confirmed dispatch date, please take the following steps:
- Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
- Contact us at hello@pptds.co quoting your order number.
- We will prompt an investigation immediately upon receipt. Please note: all claims relating to lost shipments must be raised within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you are unable to locate the parcel, please check around your delivery address, with neighbouring properties and in any designated safe places before contacting us. In the first instance, we recommend raising the matter directly with Royal Mail using your tracking number, as carriers are often best placed to investigate delivery discrepancies promptly. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at hello@pptds.co within 24 hours of the recorded delivery timestamp. Please note that once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, the chain of custody transfers to the buyer, and PPTDS’s ability to pursue a claim on your behalf may be limited.

We do not fulfil orders to freight forwarders or PO Box addresses where there are reasonable grounds to suspect facilitation of export.
